Deadly plane crash over Mt. Everest

                                              

A plane carrying trekkers to the Mount Everestregion hit a bird and crashed just after takeoff Sept. 29 in Nepal's capital, killing the 19 Nepali, British and Chinese people on board, authorities said.

 Many have blamed the crazy plane crashes in Nigeria on the Government and the poor state of our planes. Is it thesame with the situation that led to the events in these pics?
